Anyone ready to get started, especially if you are new to budgeting, new to working out, or ready for a reset after a big life change. No experience needed in any of the three areas.
The 60 day Kickstart covers the basics: financial housekeeping, goal setting, and building fitness and nutrition habits. The 90 day program adds a full financial plan with budget and cash flow counsel, plus more one on one time.
A mix. Finance sessions can be virtual. Training with Jennie happens in Simi Valley or at Vitality Village in Thousand Oaks, and recovery sessions are at Vitality Village.
Your first session with Ashley Glantz, RDN is free. After that, most insurance is accepted. Some plans, like Anthem Blue Cross, require the first visit to be in person.
